      1. Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been previously published or currently under review for publication elsewhere.

      4. The required manuscript length is between 6 and 10 pages.

REVIEW PROSESS

All authors are invited to submit a full paper (6–10 pages) through the official Google Form provided by the committee. The call for papers will be distributed widely to attract contributions from diverse institutions and regions.

Submitted papers will first undergo an initial screening by the editorial team to ensure alignment with the conference theme, AI for Global Citizenship Education: Bridging Equity, Ethics, and Engagement in the Digital Age. This review considers aspects such as formatting compliance, title relevance, keyword composition in the abstract, coherence of content, and completeness of references. Papers are scored on a qualitative scale, and this phase follows a single-blind review format.

Selected submissions will move forward to a double-blind peer review process, where each paper will be evaluated based on the following eight criteria:

        1. Adherence to academic and scientific standards

        2. Clarity and readability

        3. Logical structure and alignment of justification, results, and writing style

        4. Contribution to the relevant field

        5. Relevance and topical interest

        6. Coherence and consistency of arguments

        7. Appropriateness of the methodology used

        8. Accuracy and reliability of results, evidence, and discussion

Authors of selected papers will be invited to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer feedback. Final evaluations will consider the quality of the revisions and the extent to which feedback was addressed. A curated selection of the highest-quality papers will be compiled and published in the official proceedings.
